This Blohm und Voss dive bomber/ground attack aircraft was of a twin boom design, with each boom having a bomb bay in the forward section capable of holding either a SC 250 or SC 250 bomb. There were two BMW 003 jet engines, mounted side-by-side, beneath the center nacelle, in which was also located the cockpit and armament.
